SMT ASSEMBLY

Through Hole Assembly

Lead Free Assembly
Lead-free PCB assembly using J-STD-001 certified processes and lead-free solder alloys. Full traceability from material sourcing to final inspection — supporting compliance documentation for medical, automotive, and export applications.
Conformal Coating
Conformal coating services protecting PCBAs from moisture, thermal shock, vibration, static, and chemical contamination. Available in acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and epoxy formulations — applied via selective spray, dip, or brush.

Functional Testing
